If after receiving an order, you realise that you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your ordered goods to return them. We will gladly accept returns in these circumstances providing the goods are returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, the goods are your responsibility until we have received them back, therefore please send with adequate insurance. Also, in certain circumstances a 10% restocking fee maybe required.

If you received the wrong item by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item(s), and we will correct the issue. We will either ask you to return the item(s), and we will refund the postage costs, or we will arrange a courier to collect the item(s). Again, all items should be returned unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will either send a refund or exchange the item(s), whichever was your preferred option.

All our items come with a warranty which cover manufacturing defects and faults. The warranty does not cover faults or damage which is caused by crashing, collisions, abuse, water damage, wear and tear etc. If you feel that the fault or manufacturing defect was not a result of the aforementioned reasons. Then please contact us, mentioning your order number, and detailing the issue in detail. We will try our best to find a satisfactory resolution.

Before returning any items back to us, please contact us via email stating your order number, what you will like to return and your reasons for wanting to return those items. Once we have received this information we will reply with the appropriate return instructions.

All returned items must be accompanied with a note detailing your order number, items returned and the reasons for returning the items.

All returned items must be packaged well to ensure that the items being returned are not damaged during shipping.
